Terms of purchase and use
Strong template, not certified legal advice. Review before relying.
Seller: Noumenon, operating from Florida, United States. Legal entity: Noumenon. Contact: noumenon-ai@gmail.com.
Acceptance
By purchasing, downloading, installing or activating Culprit, you agree to these Terms. Read the Privacy policy and the 14-day technical refund policy before buying.
Your personal license
You receive a nonexclusive license to use Culprit on your own computers. Do not redistribute, resell, sublicense or share the software or key. The software and brand remain the seller’s property; bundled third-party components retain their own licenses. You retain ownership of your metrics and exports. We do not host your content and require no license to it.
Trial and device limits
The full trial lasts 7 days from first run, without an account or card. After it, the live grouped view stays free; history views, alerts, dev servers and export require a license. Local history continues recording. A personal license has 10 active slots, automatic replacement for slots unused for more than 90 days, and 20 explicit removals per rolling year. Weekly verification allows 30 days offline from the last successful check. Revoked and unknown keys lose paid access immediately on verification.
Payment, delivery and refunds
9 USD for the first 300 buyers, then 19 USD. One payment, no recurring charge and no subscription to cancel. Stripe handles hosted checkout; applicable taxes and the final price are shown there. Stripe is the merchant of record only if Managed Payments is approved and identified at checkout. Otherwise the named seller is responsible for the sale. Future price changes apply to future purchases.
Installers are public. After payment, the return page supplies your key and activation instructions. Keep the key private. See the 14-day technical refund policy. Mandatory consumer rights remain in force.
Responsible use and acceptable use
Use Culprit only on computers and processes you are authorized to inspect or control. You are responsible for your use, any exports you share, and having the rights to that material. Stopping a process may lose unsaved work. Review the confirmation and keep backups. Do not use the software for illegal activity, infringement, impersonation, privacy or publicity violations, child exploitation or harm, harassment, hate, threats, violence, encouragement of self-harm, malware, phishing, spam or scams.
Security and termination
There is no Culprit account. Protect your key and local files. Report misuse through the contact below without sending a key. We may suspend or revoke paid access for fraud, refunded payments or material license violations, subject to applicable law. You may stop using and uninstall Culprit at any time. This site has no user posts or public uploads.
Warranty and measurement limits
Culprit is supplied AS IS and AS AVAILABLE, to the extent the law permits. Measurements can be incomplete or unavailable due to hardware, operating-system reporting and permissions. Published overhead describes the measured components and machine. Culprit does not guarantee a diagnosis, prevent data loss or automatically repair your computer. Windows and Mac support are not available.
Liability and indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude indirect, incidental, special and consequential loss, including lost profits or data. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us for Culprit in the preceding 12 months. Nothing excludes liability or statutory remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify the seller against third-party claims, reasonable costs and damages arising from your unlawful use, material violation of these terms or infringement of another person’s rights. This does not cover our own wrongdoing or override mandatory consumer protections.
Third-party services
Stripe, Cloudflare and Vercel provide payment, delivery and hosting services under their own terms. External links do not imply endorsement. We do not store full card or bank information.
Changes and disputes
We will publish material changes here before they take effect and give reasonable notice where required. Changes do not retroactively remove mandatory rights. Governing law: the State of Florida, United States. Dispute venue: the state or federal courts located in Florida, subject to mandatory rights in your home jurisdiction. Contact us first to seek an informal resolution.
If a term is unenforceable, the rest remains effective. You may not assign your license without consent; we may assign these terms with the business only while preserving your applicable rights.
Contact and reports
