If Culprit does not run

Contact noumenon-ai@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase if Culprit does not run on your supported Linux x86_64 machine. Describe the failure, Linux distribution and purchase reference. Do not send your key, full card information or unmasked commands.

We will try to resolve the problem. If it cannot be fixed, we refund the full purchase to the original payment method and revoke the key. A request made within the 14-day window remains eligible while we work on it. Payment processing time depends on Stripe and your payment provider.

Scope and your rights

This policy covers technical failure to run. It does not promise a change-of-mind refund or readings that the OS or hardware cannot report. Windows and Mac are not supported releases. Try the full 7-day trial without an account or card before buying.

Revocation reaches the app on its next verification. The live grouped view stays free and your local history remains on your computer. Mandatory consumer cancellation, refund and other statutory rights are not limited by this policy. Stripe’s role as merchant of record applies only if Managed Payments is approved and shown at checkout.
